Terms And Conditions

1. Unless otherwise stated all microfilms are supplied as 35mm Silver Positives wound on transparent return reels in white microfilm cartons fully labelled.

2. Unless otherwise stated all digital images are supplied as cross-platform PDF files on CD-ROM in fully labelled jewel cases. PDF files are suitable for use on PCs and MACs.

3. Defective microfilms and CD-ROMs wil be replaced free of charge.

4. Unless otherwise stated Microfilms and CD-ROMs will be mailed using recorded 1st Class Mail within the UK and Recorded Airmail to all other countries

(NB. Royal Mail Signed for International Service is used for all countries except New Zealand and the USA for which the Royal Mail Airsure service is used).

5. In all instances Copyright in the images on all microfilms and CD-ROMs supplied remains vested in Academic Microforms Limited and no images may be reproduced without prior permission in writing. Purchase of microfilms and/or CD-ROMs does not entitle the purchaser to replicate, reproduce, disseminate or otherwise copy any of the images contained thereon.

6. Permission to reproduce images is only given on payment in advance of the usual reproduction fees which may vary from title to title.

7. Purchasers of microfilms and/or CD-ROMs agree to indemnify Academic Microforms Limited against any actions for Copyright infringement arising from the Purchasers' misuse of images supplied, howsoever arising.
